ここはレンタルモールです。店舗、およびワゴンは、現在「レンタル受付中」です。

更地だったImmidae SIMに、建物が建ちました。もしかすると、まだ工事中かもしれません。ルート１とSLRR本線の間には「ショッピングモール」が2棟建ちました。モールには2店舗が入っていました。
線路から山脈側、また、ルート1と海側も「Western風」の建物が建ちました。北大陸には、西部劇風の建物が、大変良く似合います

Bellaにある「Clubside's Watertown」が拡張しました。でも、まだ工事中（Under construction）のようです。敷地内には、「Touch for a free fishing rod」や、自由に乗れるスクーター、ボートがありました。モールも、一部は入店していますが、まだ、空き店舗もあります。大きな船が係留されています。

FULL AVATAR（10L$）の商品は、女性用は、SHAPE + SKIN + HAIR + CLOTHES + SEXY WALKです。男性用は、SHAPE + SKIN + CLOTHESです。女性用、男性用も、同じ価格（10L$）です。女性のほうがお得ですね。SL初心者で、とりあえずデフォルトを変えたい、あるいは、別アバターなので服装は、あまりこだわらない、などの場合には重宝する品物かもしれません。また、このお店は 1L$の商品も豊富にあります。商品は、Women、Men、Prashanti collection、Accessriosとあり、それぞれ階が分かれています。

北大陸では有名なflossbergさんが、今度はMiataにモールを建設しました。flossbergさんらしいお店が入店しています。鉄道関係や工事用車両のお店です。私も「錆びた車(汚い車)」を1台買いました。元がHOBOの浮浪者村出身のせいか、やはり汚いものが大好きです。
なぜかモールの裏手に「飛行機」がタラップを下げて駐機していました。
